copy left face flange to right hand side

I have succeeded triming & extruding the left hand side flange, now need to to the same for the right hand side.
I have tried to mirror but failed. SEE

Two other methods:
1) Perform a mirror inside the sketch that has the geometry that you are removing.
2) If you have a symmetrical part. Create half the part and mirror the other side with an add. On the same note, to not start over, you could remove half the current part and then mirror the body and select add.

Hi Alex, same goes here, I'm trying to transform (copy), but cannot define anything.
I have also tried to find whats wrong with Sketch4, do not know what "external ref" is needed / missing?
