tried to change my password and i get invalid PW. how can that be?

ok i give up. i logged in and tried to change my password and  i get invalid PW. how can that be i log in with it??

@ donald_8 , As a work around you can change the password by clicking forgot password.



This will not ask you the old password.

Is there not an option to reset your password? If not then there should be.

that's what i'm trying to do but it won't let me because of invalid old PW which is the same PW i use to log in with
