"Isolate" in drawing?

I'm creating view in drawings for user documentation and assembly instructions and I would really like the option to create views that highlight as set of parts like the "isolate" command does...

Is there a way to do this currently that I am not seeing?

Have you tried using 'display states' in the Assembly? You can set up a different states and show them in a drawing.

I use display states a lot but you can only show or hide things, not "emphasize" something.

Ah yes I get it now. I don't think there is a way to do this presently, at least I'm not aware of a method

No there isn't, I was just checking in case I had missed something!
