Whats the diffidence between Learning Pathways and Self-paced Courses? I have some CAD experience as a hobbyist(Fusion 360, Freecad). But  I'm new To OnShape. Which area is best for learning OnShape?

A pathway is just a "collection" of individual courses.
It's a way to recommend a number of courses and an order to do them in.

You can probably skip the "CAD basics" if you have used other CAD but I would highly recommend doing the "fundamentals" pathways as it goes over many Onshape specific things that are good to learn if you have used other CAD systems.

After that it's up to you to decide how many courses you want to do but you will be able to use the software more effectively as you take more courses.
