Different Scaling in Cura and in Onshape

In Onshape, I have set the dimensions correctly however when I download the STL file and import it to Cura, the dimensions are all wrong. What is the problem?

    In the Part Studio, the dialog for exporting an STL file has an option for selecting Units. You may have tried changing this, but I am pointing it out just incase. I had a similar issue, where I would define dimensions in my Part Studio in millimeters, while I was exporting STL with units of centimeters. If you link the document you are working on, I could try exporting to Cura.
