Onshape Assembly - Using pneumatic to pivot around a fixed point.

Hi All!
New to Onshape assemblies and running into a challenge. I'm trying to model a pneumatic pushing the top of a "foot" while keeping the lower pin fixed.
The goal of this is to have the foot rotate around the fixed pin when the pneumatic pushes/pulls.
When I fix the lower pin, the whole assembly locks up, and if I don't fix the lower pin the foot is allowed to move with the pneumatic.
Any ideas how to get the foot to rotate about the lower pin so the pneumatic pushes?
