Extrude from curved surface

Hi. I have some curved surface and want to extrude some shape from it. I used wrap functionality but it is not what i want. Wrap caused that dimensions are different after extraction.
Here is my sketch
So after extraction i want to have 3mm but it is 3.343
This is how i used wrap
Do you know what to do to have proper dimensions?

Assuming you want the side walls of your protrusion to be aligned with the normal direction of your sketch, and that you want the face of your protrusion to be offset from the body of the cone, here is one way you could do this using the Extrude feature:
