"Design in Context" or "Top Down Design Capabilities?

Does Onshape support design in context or top down design?

An example of this would be CATIA's ability to allow the user to create a part within an assembly. Then create another part in that assembly that references the first part.

@ jonathan_wong, Onshape also having top down approach.Instead of creating parts in assembly we can create multiple part in a single part studio(similar to top down design in other software).

@jonathan_wong the advantage of the top dow single part studio method as @Narayan_K mentioned is less bit's go out of context as things move around. The Onshape Assembly is then only used for motion studies and grouping parts. I would like to see the ability to edit parts and see and edit sketches in the Assembly but do think we will see cross referencing.
