Black Screen

Hi
one of my students came to me with his laptop and show me that he have a black Onsaphe screen.
I'll appreciate whether someone can tell me hove to fix it

    Ah, the Onshape black screen. If your student is in Chrome, check to make sure hardware acceleration is enabled:
    • Go to chrome://settings/
    • System
    • Make sure “use hardware acceleration when available” is checked.
    • Go to chrome://flags/
    • Make sure “Override software rendering list” is Enabled.
