Is there a way to add a texture like sandblasted to a surface?

I would like to add a texture like sand blasted or something similar to the underpart of the curved surface as this part will be printed in clear resin and lit from behind. Is there a way to add a rough look to it to diffuse the lighting?

This sounds more like a request to the model shop.
@carlos_berdeal Yes, this is possible. Try either creating a small bump along the surface and patterning it via a face pattern.
Or you can use the Texture custom feature to get a similar result. See the GIF below. For the demonstration, I used smaller pattern numbers, but you could do more columns and rows if you like.
@S1mon, you have to have a resin printer to get details like this.

@carlos_berdeal Sorry, it looks like the forums are not notifying me when my name is mentioned. There is an option at the top of the feature, set this to "Add" instead of "New". The parts may need to be pushed down into the face with a move configuration. If the parts are not all the way touching, the addition may fail.

@carlos_berdeal, there is a button within the Texture feature called "Add configuration".

is your model a sheet metal model? i have had the same issue using the diamond pattern for stair treads. my sheetmetal model wasnt finished so i could not boolean the pattern to it. and had 100s of parts.
i tried pressing the finish sheet metal tab and then booleaned the parts to it this seems to have worked for what i need
