How do I create a wave spring/washer

So without a 3d sketching facility, how would I create a wave spring/washer?

If something along these lines might do the job for you,
check the model at

Note that Onshape is currently unable to use the same profile (cross section) to start and finish a loft, which is why the washer is modelled in two (identical) 180 degree segments. It is also not yet possible to knit several surfaces into a single surface, which is why there is a split line across the part.6
