How are the animations in the answers of this forum made?

Im a probably selectively blind, but I cannot find instructions on how to make animations of Onshape assemblies.
Please give me a pointer!

If you download "Licecap", and set the frame rate to 20 or more, you'll be in business.
It's a free screen grab utility which generates animated GIFs, and it seems to do a good job.
It's not documented, so come back with any questions.

Or you can try this free screen recorder, idk if you will like it, but I often use it to handle my animation creation, and happy with the video and animation quality.
