Need up with wrapping a feature across the right plane of an cylinder.

im unsure how to wrap these circles around my model to creature rings. ive tried using the wrap feature and creating rectangles and putting them on to the model that way, however i was having an issue with the fillets as i have a cross pattern (grip texture for an ice cream cone) so i wanted to try it like this instead. i used the circular feature to create the vertical lined, but the horizontal lines im unsure how to wrap it.

Can you share a link to your document, or at least post some images of what you are trying to do? It's hard to understand you question without some context...

I’m not sure why you would be having this problem

Here is a GIF that shows how a circle was wrapped FROM the right side of a cylinder ONTO that right side of that cylinder

    @tyler_hughart

i’ve added a couple more part studios to the document posted above

    BOWL WITH CIRCLE ———

4 part studios as labeled below

    4 different results

The below will show you what each part studio ends up with

They all start out with either a solid or surface bowl shape

And then a surface tangent plane is applied

Then a circle is sketched on that plane

    From there they differ

Here are the end results of each part studio

    OFFSET SURFACE
    Part
    Surface

    INTERSECT SOLID
    2 Parts

    SPLIT FACE
    Surface with 2 faces

    INTERSECT CURVE
    Surface
    Curve
