I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT FOR 3 HOURS
I NEED TO SUBMIT IT TODAY
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME IN 2 HOURS THAT WOULD BE AMAZING

It's a graphics artefact - close the browser and try again. It will not affect your submission - only you see it.
