Kiri Moto Tabs are not working and a hole is not recognized for milling

Hi togehter,
My component is a frame of a wing and is 5mm high. I mill in 2 passes a 2.5mm. I set the tabs to 3mm in height. Kiri Moto ignores these and leaves them with 5mm.

My second problem is when I have a hole with a diameter of 2.1mm and I want to mill it with a 2mm drill, it doesn't recognize it. If I take a 1mm drill he recognizes the hole. I just switched from Fusion CAD/CAM to OnShape and I'm actually very happy with everything. Only these 2 problems still bother me.
