How to do a vehicle's motion on a road?

Hey! First of all, I am Spanish so I will explain my issue the best I can.
I am new into this program and I don't understand very well how to assembly pieces. I have created a road and a vehicle (it is a cart). So, I want to let the user or automatically move the cart on the road. I have the following assembled and fastened (the cart and the road are not fastened):
So, I don't know how to or which mates use for making the cart move throughout the pre-defined route
