I have designed some steps that get wider as the go down.
The stringers (supports rails under the steps) for those steps get further apart as you go down the steps.
The result is that the stringers are not square to any of the standard plans (front, top, bottom).
When I add the stringers to a drawning and then try to show the dimensions the dimensions are incorrect.
I'm guessing that this relates to this issue

Onshape seems to take the very odd position to show the dimensions as projected into the view rather than the actual dimensions (why you would ever want the projected dimensions completely escapes me).
So is there any way can place the actual dimensions of a part into drawing?
