Unable to make documents.

When I try to make a document, the option is greyed out and it says "You do not have permission to make a document in this location," which is wrong because I have always made documents there. It started after I joined a class on onshape, which also does not work. Whenever i try to start an assignment it says "Failed to start an assignment, an internal error has occurred." and it gives me a support code. This is very concerning as I haven't been able to do any work and nobody seems to know what to do.
