How does one design a bar like the attached one in Onshape?

I'd like to know how to design such a bar, with a tongue at both ends in Onshape. How many sketches does one need?

You asked how many sketches, so I said one  

You cannot show dims in in iso view like that but you can lay it out in a traditional orthogonal 2d drawing.

What do you mean by your message containing only the word "One"?
