When I have struck this, it was because model changes since placing certain dimensions meant those dimensions were now "dangling" and could no longer identify the entities to which they had originally attached.

Thanks Andrew, I will check these in the project, but not sure I change any of them but I will work through the model to see .

The way to resolve this is to recreate the dimensions and delete the dangling ones (I usually do it in that order so they act as a prompt)
But I commend you for trying to get to the bottom of how it happened. You might be able to use History and Restore in the Part Studio to track down the point at which they began to dangle.

I had thought to simply delete the dims and re-dim them I did it on one which worked, but this didn't help me find what was causing the problem.

I am working through all the mates and trying to get to grips with all the possibilities, at the same time working through Drawings.

Where in the world are you from because I have another question regarding Drawings (Sheets) I live in the UK and I am not sure that reducing the Title Block for sheet No only is aloud in our Standard System, I will post my query on the forum when I have more information.

I don't know if you have see my other question on this forum regarding the use of my own dwt. Template file

Many thanks for your time and effort,   Graham
