Can't make circle smaller because of constraints... WHY?

Hello, I'm new to onshape so this may be a dumb question but I made all these circles and dimensioned the space in between them and now I'm trying to make the smallest one smaller to automatically give me my desired dimensions but make the overall circle smaller but it's saying I cant because of coincident overconstraint as you can see below. Any help would be great thank you so much!

Welcome to Onshape @stevens_brayden! Constraints can be tricky to get used to. From the picture, There are 3 things that are "over constraining" your circle and causing it to go red:
- The dimension on the left that is dimensioning the outside of the circle to the outside of the other one.
- The diameter 0.75 that you have towards the center.
- And, the coincident constraint in the middle.
Deleting any one of these 3 items should fix the over constrained issue. For more specific help, share a link to your document and we can take a closer look.
