Why are my spheres printing as hollowed when they're not?

I'm making a molecule, and I need my spheres for each atom to be solid. The problem is: I've made the solid. The program showed them as solid. However, when I go to print it, they're only shells. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this? *I need this done by the 9th!*

If the cross-section is solid (left), then it's a solid part and something's likely wrong in the print step. On the right is a thin spherical shell, which would print hollow.
If your prints are small, it could be that the infill is too sparse. 0 0
