How to change the line spacing for a Cutting Plane Line?

I am creating new drawing templates and notice the line spacing for a Cutting Plane line is very small. I was able to find a preference for the width, but i cannot find a preference to open up the spacing. When printed or exported to PDF, the dashes are so small, they look like a dotted line.

I see what you're talking about. The centerlines do the same. Tripling of the dashes when printing to pdf.
Doesn't look good.
