Creating maximum dimension on circle

Drawing now for 3 years with onshope, but still not figured out how to create the red dimension instead of the blue dimension?
And therewith i mean no work arrounds with sketchpoints in the 3d and showing them in 2d....

@Barry_van_Wijk, here is one way to get dimensions like this:
- Create a near by dimension.
- Select that dimension. (This is useful when there are many dimension lines stacked on top of each other. It will ensure that only the selected dimension will move its nodes when dragging.)
- Hover over the ends of the dimension lines, the blue nodes, and drag them to the orthogonal snapping points of the circle.

Only i have often only circles in the drawing view....
I see onshape staff has made a "ticket" so lets hope the function is available soon....
