Is it possible scale this surface:

so that entrance is fixed 25mm and width 281mm to 175mm and rest according to this scale but also to keep shape?

One could decompose curves scale and move.

Looking at the curvature of the edges and faces in your example, the imported geometry is not the best for further manipulation. For something like this maybe a rebuild is possible? Rebuild is very good. Now width is 281mm and is it possible fix 25mm and scale 281 to 175 and rest according to this?

The dimensions in Sketch 2 and Sketch 3 should allow you to enter in new values (to control the overall height and width). Sketch 1 controls the 25mm diameter opening. Try flexing these sketches to see if it gives what you need. The bridging curve feature can also be tweaked to modify the shape...

For exact curves generation instead of scalling we can use:

1) Hypex (see attached spreadsheet), where T coefficient is the most important
