One document prompting me to refresh constantly, cant work in the workspace.

Hi there,
I have one document that I work on from time to time, it is a larger project so come back to it often. Whenever I try to open it, it tells me I need to refresh my browser as Onshape is not connected. When I do refresh, it gives me the same error message, and therefore I cannot access the document. It is very frustrating as I have some good ideas and developments, but I cannot get onto the document to edit it and add those new ideas. This does not happen on anyother document, older and newer than this.
Hopefully there is a fix.
