In the Assembly page, how do you lay a part parallel to a plane?

When I export my part as an STL for 3D printing, it's slightly slanted and lifted off of the build plate. How can I fix this problem without manually laying the part flat in Prusa Slicer every time?
Would it just be easier to start the assembly from scratch and fix one of the parts in place before doing anything else?

You could fix orientation issues in the part studio with Transform, and/or you could fix things in the Assembly using appropriate mates. It's a little hard to be more specific without images or a public model.1

Thank you for the additional tips that'll be useful.
Here is the public part under the Wire Wrap Assembly tab: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/c470e1cb9cf022a1b6d17ba0/w/ddf11c7eca69d41f3a033add/e/c74d97e691bd9cd0a734574c
