Rendering in Education

Hi All,

We have recently moved to Onshape and want to do some basic Rendering.  What do people use here?

Thanks in advance for your help

Similar problem. The product is definitely designed for living in a 3D world, which is contrary to 2D rendering.
I had an engineering workbook that needed an image in it. Screen capture is one option that works. With the screen resolutions we now live with, this is a pretty good option. I was using GoogleDocs, and was able to paste in.

Onshape has a built in Render studio that is in beta for Enterprise and Pro accounts. Here is a course on it in the Learning center.
Here are some great examples of what Render studio can do: Render Battle #3

Alternatively, you can download your models and use Blender or Keyshot. I've heard a lot of great things about Keyshot. Blender has quite a steep learning curve, I do not recommend it for rendering.
