Automate hole-drilling in combo with the frame feature

Attached is a link with a "screen recording" of how we currently drill our "quick action connectors" holes.
The question is - can this be automated? Or is there another solution to do it.
As you can see we created the profile with the frame command - maybe we can do a configuration???
