Hi,
I've been designing a mini sprinkler to use on seedlings (3D printed). It has long pins that stick into the soil to hold it in place. These pins are very easy to snap off so I thought id add a truss(?) to strengthen the pin. It looks OK in Onshape but in Cura they don't actually merge together properly, even though I have that ticked in Onshape so there's a big gap between the two.
I'm sure it's me that's the problem, what should I have done?

Thanks in advance.

I'm curious that the slicer produced much of anything. There is 3 parts not connected as well as a bunch of surfaces with 0 thickness that I wouldn't expect to print at all. Might want to start with the learning center which is free. Lots of get ya started stuff in the self paced courses.

Here is a sample with some ideas you might want to try.
