linear repetition, occurence and variable

Hi All,
In a sketch, I want to do 4 linear repetition of Holes. 4 times with the sames parameters. But I don't want to have to change each parameter everytime I need to do a change. So i'm trying with variables, which works with dimensions but not with amount of repetitions. Is it normal ?
