Hi,

how would you guys suggest to properly accomplish the following:

on another part studio
have a "sheet" with the height of the text with a negative (subtracted/hole/punched) of the text [see image 2]
hwr have the negative with a little offset (lets say 0.3mm) of the inner surfaces of the text - so the sheet with the negative might fit (in real life as a 3d printed part) over the text (so only the surface of the text is visible - want to spray paint it)

gold would be if text change (text, height, size) would translate to the negative in the other studio xD not sure if this is possible

I hope I could describe this challenge will

other part studio:

You can derive the part as you've done into a second studio, extrude your blank sheet as a new part, and then use Boolean subtract with offset all to make the holes for the letters with clearance.
