Rosette & base 2D shape - I cannot find my way into making the outline shape

I am trying to define a 2D shape to provide as a DXF file to a metal cutting company. Basically, it is a rosette with a base. I have designed the most part of it in a Part Studio as shown below. I just need the exterior shape of the whole, which includes the rectangle at the bottom, the curved part between the two Bezier curves, then the rosette itself (the circles will not show completely as is seen here, only the exterior outline). I do not know how to proceed, and in particular how to make a shape item out of the part between the rectangle, the rosette and the two Bezier curves on each side (the part which shows in white, because for OnShape there is no matter there). If anyone can help me out, I will be very grateful ! Thank you in advance

They white space in your sketch indicates that there is some non-enclosed geometry. Would be best if you could share your document so we could have a look at your sketch. Thanks
