Cursor lag

I haven't used OnShape for a couple of months, but today I've noticed a really significant cursor lag... not when interacting with anything - just moving my cursor over the chrome window.
I haven't observed this behaviour when using the trackpad, and un-plugging the re-plugging the USB mouse seems to temporally fix it, but only for a few minutes. It's only OnShape that seems to show this lag - switching to any other Chrome tab or another application and there's no lag.
Anybody else noticed this? It's making OnShape pretty unusable for me today...
