SHEET METAL CORNER

Hi All,
I'm trying to model the grey shape below in without the large gaps at the corners.
First image shows what happens when I use a flange feature.
Another method was converting from a solid to sheetmetal part. This works on the orange test part well.
However, in the second image you can see it does not work for the grey part because the top flanges are all on the same face and the flanges segments can't be individually selected.
Thoughts?

Could you share your document? Would be easier to look directly at the parts/features. Thanks
Models below have identical relief settings. Does anybody know if a 3 bend closed corner (or at least almost closed) can be done in Onshape sheet metal model?

That's a good trick putting the large radius in the base part instead of as a "bend"! I'll try to remember that!

Really appreciate the help.
For those trying to replicate; note that changing the thickness direction causes the model to fail.
