Possible bug in extrude-to-surface?

I will be working on this, but this version is saved as "V1".  Note the failed extrusion on the far right.  I told it to extrude-to-surface and named Fillet1 as the surface.  The particular extrusion that failed I have isolated separately as Extrude 4.

Yep. Sometimes Parasolid is dumb and solves for intersections as though a revolved surface or curve is 360 instead of 180 (or 90 in this case).
