Creating a profile for cutout

I have a part that I need to fit up to another part. Is there away in Onshape to create a profile so that my cutout is shaped to fit the organic shape of the other part I am fitting up to?
Here is a link to the assembly to show what I am working on.

The grey part is the part I want to fit up to, and the orange part is what needs to have the cutout for it to fit to the shape.
Appreciate any help.

But the grey part is already in place and assembled. It's the orange part that I'm 3D printing to fitup to the grey part. Any advise?

Could you walk me through those features, and how to use them?
