How to extend model length

I've done one mockup of this end cap and I'm trying to figure out how to add 5 mm to the overall length without changing any of the other feature's respective locations. All that I need to do is essentially cut along the dotted line I've drawn in, move the end cap 5 mm out, and then connect everything between the cut edges.
Is there a single or set of functions to do this? Or does this require redoing the entire shape from square 1?
