How do you scale down an entire assembly?

I've made an F1 car for a school project but my teacher has changed the max dimensions, so now everything is too large. Does anyone know how to scale multiple parts down?
The attached image is the size of my car vs the max size allowed to 3d print.

I don't see any attached image. Ideally, the car would have been drawn up parametrically such that a few key sketch inputs could be modified and the whole thing changes size. If that is not feasible, you can use the transform tool to scale. That only works to modify parts in the part studio. I can't tell (because no image) what your structure looks like at the moment.

Like @Lucas_Kuhns wrote, the best way to scale down your model is to go back to your sketches and features (in Part Studios) and change the values entered to build your model.

If this is not possible or too complicated, then use Transform --> Scale (also in Part Studios) and modify your model as desired.
