Security issue with Kiri Moto

Was using Cnshape/Kiri fine yesterday. Today when I export a model to Kiri:Moto and try to preview a CNC path I get the message

The security context of this window prevents animations

Am using
Chrome: latest stable Version 114.0.5735.198 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Xubuntu 22.04

Have tried

Reboot
Clear cache
Chromium vs Chrome

all to no avail

Any other suggestions out there?

    Got an answer from Stewart at gridspace - turned out that it WAS a caching issue (a token had changed in Kiri, but my browser/env was caching it) it started working the next day (after a local power failure ..  every cloud has a silver lining eh? ... )
