export doesnt work in slicer (halot box)

in Using Onshape
when i export my model as .stl or .3mf my slicer (halot box) will open the file but wont show me anything. when i open it in 3D Paint my model is visible. i watched some export tutorials but none of them work for me, are there any settings i need to check first? my slicer is working just fine with .stl files i download from other websites


it is really frustrating i hope someone can help me

    Test with a different slicer, like Cura. I've never had issues with Onshape's STL exports.

    Perhaps it's a units issue, like exporting in inches but importing in millimeters, so your model is present but tiny?

    Can you post a public link to your part file here?  Someone can then check to see if they have a problem the STL export and whatever slicer they use.
