Is there an app for material stocks?

Before trying to clutter and download every model app. Is there one that specializes in sketches or models of ANSI material stocks? For context, 3/16 right angle stock has interesting inner dimensions that are obtuse to 90 degrees.

    Is there anything similiar for other CAD softwares? If you're making a frame I know that you can create your own profiles if it doesn't exist (which in this I think it doesn't) otherwise if it's for something more specific I create a seperate document for stock and derive it in when needed.
