Help needed with a project from school

I need help with a project for school, I have tried to do it myself but haven't been able to move past or even finish my initial sketch any help is welcome

Sketch something like this.
Then use the extrude tool to exrude the relevant parts 9/16". Then extrude the middle circle 1 5/16". Then add your fillets.
