Number of closed areas in sketch

Hello
I have a dxf file with an irregular grid of closed polygons.
I imported this dxf to the onShape and now I need to know the number of the polygons.
If I select all the design with my mouse, the lines and vertices are selected,
with the mouse cursor showing me that there are 5+ selected entities.
However I need to count the closed polygons, not their lines and dots.
I can click inside a polygon and manually select its inner area.
However there are too many polygons to manualy click everyone, moreover the mouse cursor stops counting its number when there are more than 5.
Can onShape help me with counting the closed polygons in a sketch?
Thanks!

It takes the sketch feature as input, and display the face count at the top of the screen as well as creates a variable called #faceCount. Note that it counts every region, so if I have 2 circles overlapping that would be 3 faces. Enjoy.
