Extrude remove opposing face
How do I extrude remove the same depth from both the active face and opposing face? Tried searching but not sure how to word it to find any usable answers.
I thought using the second end position could do it but am only able to cut the active face or opposing face. Is there a way to cut both faces on one operation?
Here's an example I made, extrude 3 is the step in question.

Here is a way to do it in less steps. To get fewer steps, you may need a custom feature.
