Mates for parts that slide in a rotating slot

I am VERY new to Onshape and especially to building assemblies. In the "CompleteAssembly" in the document below, I have got most of the Mates working as I expect. The one problem I have is mating the "Throw" into the slot in the "Movable". My goal is to have the "Forks" move the "Movable" via the "Throws". Because of the pivoting of the Forks, the Throws travel in a slight arc. I have tried all the Mates that I I thought might work, but nothing seems to connect properly.
I am not a Engineer, so I am not complete familiar with the concept of Degrees of Freedom, so I am having trouble figuring out how to define how these parts mate.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
