Forum private messaging
Private messaging in Onshape forums is very confusing. We can see a number of 'ment to be private' messages in Activity -section where all general public comments go.
I suppose these not-so-private messages are made with following procedure:
- Click username
- Write to the box that is below user statistics
If you want to send actually PRIVATE message which is only seen by yourself and named recipients, you need to click on the small envelope on top right and select New message:
then you can choose recipients (add few letters and you can choose from list) and write message:
On the right, you can always see who else can see this discussion and you can easily include more people:

I would like to be able to simply click 'PM' icon on someone's post and it should take me to 'New message' -window with recipient already in place.
