Updating feature library: Ability to view all active users in a document and/or boot everybody out

When updating the version of the feature library in a workspace, it fails if there is anybody present in the document.
However, I don't believe there is currently any way to (reliably) view who is active in a document and/or boot them out.
I would like to request the above items as new features, since my team have to deal with these failed updates quite regularly and they can be very frustrating.
