Other parts of this drawing extrude, but not this one - HELP!

Hello,
So I'm trying to recess this image into a coaster (an extrude-remove). I've gotten most of this drawing to extrude properly (all the stuff in hard black outline), but when I try to do THIS part (screenshot included - area highlighted in orange), I get the "Extrude 5 failed to regenerate properly: Failed to extrude selections, check input" message. I've checked and can't find any intersection points that might be causing this, and of course OnShape doesn't highlight what it's complaining about. Can everyone take a look and see if you can spot what's causing the error?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Turns out that said tiny section was an oval held over from converting this svg (done using a stylus sketch) into a dxf for onshape. Sucker was so small I had to zoom all the way in to see it.
