hole locations

New to On Shape so be kind please. How do I transfer hole locations in an assembly. I have clearance holes in a part and I want to transfer those locations onto a base plate in the assembly.

    Hi Gary,

    It is not possible to add or transfer the holes from part to the assembly. 

    Let me know what exactly you are trying to achieve.

    I believe what you are looking for is in-context editing.
    You can edit the base plate in context to create matching holes, the quickest way to do this is to double click the base plate from the assembly.
